Studying Internationally
This page gives you information about the partially or
wholly international study programmes. Either an
international internship is part of the
programme or the lectures are in English.
In the past years there has been a noticeable trend towards
more and more international cooperation in studying, teaching and
researching. This trend is of course enhanced by the fact that
former students tend to find jobs more easily if
they have spent time abroad, and of course also by the fact that
in quite a few study programmes, international semesters have
become obligatory. So universities find international cooperation
increasingly important.
We have partnerships with many foreign universities. These are
basically financed by the EU, the German Academic Exchange
Service (DAAD) and the Ministry of Science and Cultural Affairs
of Lower Saxony (MWK). The FH OOW is part of a large network of
universities that offers good opportunities for the students to
carry out part of their studies abroad.

There is a large range of partner
universities, and sometimes we even offer double
degrees from both. |
