Besides the fundamentals of the public and constitutional as well as the general administrative law certain areas of environmental law should be dealt with by means of practical cases. Basic knowledge about environmental impacts and pollution, their reason and responsibility will be given. It should be possible to find one´s way through the disunited law, to integrate facts correctly and finally to recognize rightly the problems and the meanings as well as the requirements of the environmenttal law concerning the place of work. | | Contents: | Fundamentals of public and constitutional law.
General administrative law inclusive legal protection.
Environmental law:
immission control law including operational environmental protection,
requirements on installations which need requiring permission, licensing procedure, requirements and mandatory interferences by supreme power,
water, soil, waste and nature protection law,
