Exam requirements:	Knowledge of the structure and function of a microcontroller and its components. Sound knowledge of assembly programming, of sub-routines, of addressing and interrupts. Principles of modern microprocessors and single-chip-computers.
Objectives:	The course is designed as an introduction into principles of a microcontroller and its components. The aim is to provide a basic knowledge of function and application of microcontrollers.
Course contents:	Structure and functionality of a microcontroller and its components; assembly programming with sub-routines, addressing and interrupts; programming examples.
